Dixie’s Solution
Our engineering and landscape teams collaborated to design a high-capacity subsurface drainage system integrated with a smart irrigation network. We executed a phased hardscape installation, replacing the compromised walls with structurally engineered, aesthetically modern terracing. High-maintenance turf was replaced with drought-tolerant native installations tailored for the Middle Georgia climate.
Outcome
The project was completed two weeks ahead of the 90-day schedule. The property entirely eliminated standing water liabilities, reduced ongoing water costs by over 40%, and immediately secured two anchor tenants citing the upgraded corporate curb appeal.
